How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Login and go to My Purchases. This page shows a list of all your purchases. The Status column indicates if your subscription is set to renew.
  2. Click on the Status of your subscription purchase.
  3. Untick the Auto Renew Enabled checkbox.
  4. Press the Save button.
  5. The Status of your subscription should now show as Auto Renew Disabled. You will still be able to watch content until the end of your current month, and may continue to watch any games you have previously viewed after the expiration of your subscription.

Where and when will downloads be available?

You may download videos on the website only, there will be a download button under each game video that you have purchased. The Downloads will be available from 16/07/2018 onwards. Subscribers receive 4 downloads per month of paid subscription, and will be able to purchase additional download packages. Downloads are not eligible for refunds.

How long will the website and apps be available for?

The platform will be online until 31/07/2018.

How do I register?

Go to the registration page. Once you fill the form in, a link will be sent to your email address as confirmation.

How can I check what games I have already purchased?

Navigate to the My Purchases page. This section lists your Pay Per View purchase history as well as your Subscription watch history.

How many times can I watch a game I have purchased?

You may watch games an unlimited amount of times until the end of the season. After the season is over, downloads will be enabled on the website only.

What benefits do subscribers get?

If you purchase any of the 2018 subscription options you:

  • Can rewatch games viewed during your subscription as many times as you like until the end of the season, even if you cancel your subscription.
  • Receive discounts of over 45% on finals games if you have at least two months of active subscription during the season. This could be one subscription purchase and a renewal, or two different subscription purchases.

How can I change my payment information?

Navigate to the My Purchases page. This section lists your Pay Per View purchase history as well as your Subscription watch history.

I have paid money but am still not able to watch the videos?

Make sure you are logged in to the account where you purchased the videos. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it.

Which games will be filmed throughout the season?

Sunday full schedule to be captured. Saturday games will be dependent on schedule by Penrith Juniors.

When will games be uploaded?

Usually all games will be uploaded by Tuesday.

Can I download a game or get a DVD copy?

Downloads are enabled at the end of the season content from the website only. DVDs are not available.

Why is there footage missing from the game?

Penrith Junior Rugby League policy is to remove all footage under judicial review from the video.
